With an MBA focused on Strategic Management and Leadership, Andis has served in Management roles for various companies, successfully developing and implementing business plans for numerous businesses.
His background as an International Business Consultant for start-ups and franchisees has provided him a wealth of knowledge to ensure effective management and compliance, budgeting and projections, as well as implementing growth strategies to ensure success and profitability.
It is in his latest endeavor in the real estate industry that Andis realized the lack of recycling and waste management services, and he partnered with Tim to launch Renu. Through the Renu initiative, Andis hopes to be able to change consumers’ habits to create a sustainable future.
