What Is the Co-Creation Lab?
A core pillar of Rally’s Living Lab strategy, the Co-Creation Lab gathers 20–40 diverse stakeholders into an intensive, facilitated workshop—breaking down silos to frame social and environmental problems, prototype solutions, and build the relational infrastructure needed for activation and lasting change.

How It Works
Pre-Lab Discovery: We partner with regional civic, business, and institutional leaders to clarify the challenge, surface data, and curate a balanced cohort.
Open Call for Ideas : We vet community and practitioner generated submissions; integrate the strongest ideas and approaches into the convening.
Lab Convening: During a 1 day experience, participants map systems, surface leverage points, and co-design tangible prototypes.
Post-Lab Activation: The most promising prototypes are placed on a roadmap that’s designed to moved them into pilot.
Co-design with those most affected to ensure interventions stick and spread.
