How It Works

1. Residents Submit - Community members share a social or environmental issue affecting their neighborhood—along with a solution or approach they believe could address it.

2. Rally Screens & Selects - Our selection team reviews all submissions and assesses each one only for impact and feasibility.

3. Co-Creation Lab - The most promising ideas move into Rally’s Co-Creation Lab, where residents, subject matter experts, and partners work together to refine the concept and prepare it for possible funding and pilot testing.

4. Findings Report - Rally delivers a comprehensive report capturing the issues raised, the ideas proposed, and the outcomes of the Co-Creation Lab—providing a clear, actionable resource for municipalities, funders, and community stakeholders.
