Engagement Solutions believes families should be able to easily connect to vital social services and support regardless of income level. Founder Shay Cantner is a former teacher and educational leader with over 15 years in Early Childhood Education, including roles as Education Manager for Early Head Start and as an instructional coach and consultant. After witnessing frustrated providers and families struggle to access services, she created Engagement Solutions to simplify coordination for families caring for children with special needs. The platform provides a virtual care coordinator who identifies, connects, and ensures families obtain available services with ease.

Venture Founder
Shay is a former teacher and educational leader with a commitment to servant leadership and an “outside the box” approach to supporting those around her. Driven to create easier access to social services after experiencing countless frustrated providers and families, she believes that all children can learn and all families can thrive when the appropriate resources and supports are available. Her idea for Engagement Solutions products came as a desire to find ways to improve and simplify the lives of young children, families, and the teachers and caseworkers who work tirelessly for them every day. Prior to founding Engagement Solutions, Shay enjoyed a 15-year career in Early Childhood Education. She held positions in public school classrooms, as Education Manager/Specialist for an Early Head Start program, and most recently as an early childhood consultant, professional development facilitator, and instructional coach.
