Venture Founder

Patrick Burton, CEO and co-founder of Benvision, stands at the forefront of augmented reality technology for the visually impaired with BEN (the Binaural Experience Navigator). His commitment to innovation extends to his volunteer work with the Oral Hull Foundation for the Blind, where he aids in enhancing navigational experiences for the visually impaired.

At UCSD, Patrick initiated TritonTV, a peer education network and production studio, laying the groundwork for his entrepreneurial journey. Through the next decade he further expanded his impact with his creative agency Space Dog Media, producing video and AR content for clients like Zapier, Salesforce, and The National Guard.

Beyond business, Patrick is an active public speaker and educator in technology and entrepreneurship, giving regular community lectures to the Chamber of Commerce and high schools around Portland, Oregon, where he is based. His ongoing commitment as an instructor at the Hansen Leadership Institute of the University of San Diego showcases his dedication to fostering emerging leaders.
