Delroy is a dedicated leader at the forefront of organizational development, specializing in guiding leaders and organizations committed to the vital work of fostering inclusion and delivering equity. His mission is to address and solve complex people-related challenges. His approach is deeply rooted in understanding the unique dynamics of each organization and its leaders, enabling him to tailor solutions that not only resolve immediate issues but also lay the groundwork for long-term inclusive practices.

Delroy's journey is marked by diverse roles across various industries but the one thing that ties these experiences together is Delroy’s commitment to servant leadership, his ability to adapt his strategic thinking skills to the problems brought on by new challenges, and his capability to energize the people around him to work toward a shared mission.

Delroy holds a bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies from Purdue Global University and is currently enrolled at the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College, where he is pursuing his MBA.
