Einra
Venture Overview
Einra is a Medicaid-native communication platform that captures daily observations from home-based caregivers and translates them into actionable, real-time risk signals for nurses and care coordinators. By surfacing emerging health and safety concerns earlier, Einra strengthens care coordination, reduces preventable crises, and supports timely interventions for high-risk individuals receiving Medicaid-funded services. Founder Jamie Swann, MSN, RN, is a registered nurse and former Medicaid executive who built Einra after seeing frontline insights routinely lost—contributing to avoidable hospitalizations and burnout. She has led Medicaid innovation initiatives, participated in ICAP, and speaks nationally on technology, equity, and the future of long-term and home-based care.
