Venture Founder

Brad Rahr, the CEO and Co-founder of the Central Florida Counseling Collective, is motivated by a deep commitment to improving mental health access and supporting the counseling profession in Central Florida. Since 2017, Brad has been working as a professional counselor in private practice with a specialty in trauma care. During this time, he became acutely aware of the unique challenges counselors face in the mental health counseling industry.

Driven by a mission to support both counselors and their communities, he founded the Central Florida Counseling Collective to create a space where mental health professionals can thrive and where clients can receive the quality care they need. The Collective is excited to expand this vision and create lasting change in Central Florida’s mental health landscape. Brad earned a BA in Philosophy from the University of Central Florida and an MA in Counseling from the Reformed Theological Seminary.
