Venture Founder

Giselle Galper, founder of CHEA SEED, is on a mission to level the career playing field by making personalized career coaching accessible to all. Inspired by her experience as the daughter of an Argentine immigrant who faced systemic barriers, she created CHEA SEED to deliver low-cost, scalable career support through AI agents.

As a former General Counsel, Giselle has solved complex problems across the agriculture, hospitality, and entertainment industries. She also volunteered by training women to negotiate better pay and navigate workplace bias. Frustrated by the limits of individual interactions, she envisioned CHEA SEED as a platform to provide actionable career advice at scale. The name CHEA SEED—a nod to Career Helping Expert Assistant—is inspired by chia seeds, symbolizing energy and empowerment.

Giselle holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA from the University of Illinois. She is the mom of three sons and a dog and works alongside her husband, CHEA’s CTO, Adam Galper.
