How Solutions Move: Inside Rally’s Living Lab

Bringing together entrepreneurs, institutions, and community leaders to accelerate solutions in real-world environments.

Increasingly, solving complex challenges isn’t about having the best idea; it’s about having the right people in the room at the right time to move it forward.

Rally operates as a Living Lab—bringing entrepreneurs, institutions, and community leaders into shared environments where solutions are tested, refined, and moved forward in real time. Instead of working in silos, stakeholders come together around real challenges, building pathways from idea to implementation.

The Co-Creation Lab is one part of that system—designed to turn alignment into action in real time. Across sectors, leaders are facing the same challenge: how to move from idea to implementation faster, with more alignment and less friction.

On March 17, at 4Roots Farm, entrepreneurs, city leaders, nonprofit partners, and funders came together not for a presentation, but to work. Each Fellow brought a real challenge, and conversations quickly shifted to action.

Barriers were named. Right-fit partners were identified. Next steps became clear.

Each Fellow left with a simple but powerful framework for progress:
• 3 priority actions • 2 key partners • 1 immediate next step

More importantly, those next steps were tied to people in the room who committed to helping move them forward.

For entrepreneurs, this is what Rally offers: Not just feedback but access. Not just ideas but pathways to real-world validation.

For partners and leaders, it’s a way to engage early, helping shape solutions while identifying opportunities to collaborate, pilot, and implement. If you're interested in joining a future Lab or exploring how to get involved, learn more here.

The Teams Behind the Work

Each Fellow was surrounded by a curated group of co-creators, leaders from government, business, nonprofits, and community organizations working together to unlock progress. To explore full venture details and Fellow bios, visit the directory here.

Moving This Work Forward

The Co-Creation Lab is a reflection of what’s possible when institutions and individuals show up not just to support, but to participate.

We’re grateful to 4Roots for hosting, and to Orange County and the City of Orlando for their continued leadership in advancing collaborative, future-ready solutions.

To our co-creators—thank you for bringing your expertise, perspective, and commitment into the room. Your contributions helped turn challenges into pathways and ideas into action. Check out all the photos from the Lab!
