Inside Rally’s Fall Co-Creation Lab, where more than 45 co-creators worked alongside Summer 2026 Fellows to shape their next 90 days.

On September 15, seven Rally Fellows joined more than 45 co-creators at 4Roots Farm Education Center to work on solutions spanning housing, economic development, health and accessibility, mobility, civic engagement, and education.

Bringing experience from government, business, nonprofits, education, healthcare, technology, philanthropy, and community organizations, co-creators worked alongside Fellows to turn current questions, barriers, and opportunities into a focused path for the next 90 days.

From the Challenge to the Next 90 Days

Each Fellow worked with a curated, cross-sector team to identify key hurdles, challenge assumptions, surface opportunities, and connect the work to relevant people and resources.

By the end of the session, each Fellow developed a 3-2-1 Sprint Plan:

3 priority activities for the next 90 days
2 key partners to engage
1 immediate action to take within seven days

Co-creators also committed introductions, resources, expertise, follow-up support, and potential pathways to pilots.

What We Heard in the Room

Co-creators valued the opportunity to share their expertise while learning from people across sectors and digging into real challenges alongside the Fellows.

For Fellows, the value was access to people and perspectives that could otherwise take months or years of individual outreach to reach. They received direct feedback from potential partners, discussed pilots, gained commitments for introductions, and tested how they plan to execute what they are building.

Just as important was the intentionality behind each team. Fellows noted the generosity and care co-creators brought to understanding not only the venture, but the founder and what they need to take the next step.

It is one way Rally’s Living Lab connects entrepreneurs to the people and systems that can help solutions be tested, strengthened, and advanced in Central Florida.
