Rally’s Co-Creation Lab

  • 4Roots Farm Education Building 1101 John Young Parkway Orlando, Florida, 32804 United States (map)

About This Event

Rally’s Co-Creation Lab is a hands-on working session that brings together social entrepreneurs with intentionally matched co-creators to strengthen solutions addressing challenges across Central Florida. RSVP here or below.

Each of our 9 Summer 2026 Fellows will work with a curated team of 4–5 co-creators to identify opportunities and shape practical next steps.

In partnership with 4Roots, Central Florida Foundation, the City of Orlando, and Orange County, this Lab leverages cross-sector expertise to support social entrepreneurs building solutions for Central Florida’s most pressing challenges.

The Goal: A 90-Day Path Forward

The objective of this Lab is to move each Fellow’s venture forward in a positive, tangible way. By the end of the session, every team will have co-created a Next-Step Playbook—a tactical 90-day roadmap designed to clear hurdles, unlock resources, and initiate real-world momentum.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for professionals and community members who bring the resources, expertise, relationships, or lived experience that can strengthen social and environmental solutions.

Civic Leaders & Public Officials: Government and public-sector professionals across policy, planning, development, infrastructure, and community services.

Sector Experts & Technical Specialists: Specialists in housing, health, mobility, energy, education, technology, sustainability, and related fields.

Corporate & Foundation Partners: Business, philanthropic, and institutional leaders focused on partnerships, investment, innovation, or community impact.

Ecosystem Connectors: Well-connected leaders across business, nonprofit, civic, and community networks.

Founders & Innovators: Entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and startup leaders with firsthand venture-building experience.

What You Will Do

Participants are matched with one of our Summer 2026 Fellows based on expertise and sector alignment. As a stakeholder at the table, you will:

  • Identify Hurdles: Pinpoint specific regulatory, technical, or network barriers currently stalling progress.

  • Map Unlocks: Leverage your professional experience and networks to identify the partners and resources needed to move the needle.

  • Co-Design the Sprint: Help the Fellow build a concrete 90-day action plan with clear commitments and immediate next steps.

Why Your Participation Matters

Rally depends on participation from across our community to strengthen solutions that are grounded, relevant, and connected to real-world needs.

Your participation helps Fellows better understand the systems they’re navigating, connect to the right people and resources, and move forward with practical next steps informed by experience from across our region.
