Founder Ray Horal, a seasoned executive with 15+ years in the Wine & Spirits industry and former Senior Director of Sales at Constellation Brands, was inspired by his family’s experience with the MS Society. Venture Founders
Giuliana Rossi Horal and Ray Horal are co-founders of The Good Pour, a Winter Park-based venture built around hospitality, community, and giving back. Together, they bring deep experience in marketing, events, sales leadership, brand building, and the wine and spirits industry.
Giuliana brings a background in marketing strategy, hospitality, and event execution. Before The Good Pour, she served as Director of Marketing Strategy for GameDay Vodka, leading brand launch efforts, digital campaigns, experiential events, retail support, and 23 new market launches. She also held sales and event roles with the Orange County Convention Center, Evok Advertising, Loews Hotels, and as a longtime marketing and event freelancer.
Ray is an Orlando native with more than 15 years of experience in wine and spirits. He previously co-founded a spirits brand and held leadership roles as Senior Director of Sales at Constellation Brands and Vice President of Spirits at Republic National Distributing Company, working with major brands and retailers nationwide.
Together, Giuliana and Ray founded The Good Pour with a shared belief that business can bring people together and create meaningful impact.
