Kathryn Decker is interested in how technology and analytics can be utilized to help inform and improve decision making. This is a passion that has matured for her throughout her career. Kathy cofounded Softly to make it easier and more rewarding to make decisions that are sustainable and beneficial to people, communities and the planet.
Kathy has a background in analytical sciences, quality assurance and operations management. She holds a BS in Forensic Science from Michigan State University and an eMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. She has held positions within the government, biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. She has led corporate teams that have focused on launching new products and developing global strategic initiatives within complex regulatory environments. She excels at building rapidly growing teams and identifying processes and systems that will scale with emerging needs.
