Mujer Next is a two-sided platform that provides Spanish-speaking Latinas with knowledge and a network to grow professionally and financially while connecting them with companies that want to serve them. Founder Frances Rios left the corporate world after serving as a top executive for Fortune 50 companies including Walmart and Humana to found Women Who Lead. Recognized by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as a Significant Partner—one of only 15 companies in the nation—Frances has worked with Microsoft, PepsiCo, Merck, AIG, Santander, and Walmart, and has spoken at Forbes’ Most Powerful Women Summit and global forums alongside world leaders.
