Venture Overview
Foster Learning is an ed-tech social enterprise empowering Pakistani youth through continuous training and development, particularly in soft skills, to improve employability and entrepreneurship outcomes. Co-founder Muhammad Sannan Khan, a Chartered Accountant and youth development advocate, launched the platform to strengthen professional and interpersonal skill-building among emerging leaders.

Venture Founder
Sannan Khan is Chartered Accountant by academics and change catalyst by passion, despite of being youngest finance professional, I have always been a disruptor, therefore left my corporate career and started working in social sector. Co-Founded Foster Learning as a platform for youth to not only build their interpersonal and professional skills as well as enabling them to start their own initiatives as entrepreneurs.
Foster is not an organization but a compassion towards society, where like minded, young enthusiasts from diverse background built this 2 month Flagship program, which is being delivered in 30 cities across the country in remotest areas of Pakistan (including Waziristan, TharParkar, Chaman, Bannu, Okara, Toba Tek Singh). We envision to take this initiative to 110 cities across Pakistan, to economically and socially build these small communities to encourage and create business and entrepreneurial spirit as a seed.
Foster started with compassion and research to build a localized, tailored curriculum to meet the need of the community. The program "FLAGSHIP" is tailored with rigorous feedback, and is continuously upgraded according to the market needs and demands. We have also developed this community of Foster fellows across Pakistan, who are young leaders and entrepreneurs from all the diverse backgrounds called as, "Foster Family".
