Shazadi Faiza is a tech-entrepreneur with a mission to empower women with digital skills. Shazadi Faiza is the Founder of Digital Girls. Her empathy towards women led her to establish Digital Girls. She believes that every woman has the opportunity to pursue her dreams and build her career in tech and the digital industry.
Digital Girls is a leading tech startup that empowers women with One Goal: “Learn from Home and Work from Home”. Digital Girls’ idea originated from her own struggles. A few years ago, she was trapped in a world of gender inequality. As a woman in the software house, she faced numerous challenges. The male-dominated software houses limited her potential, offering only receptionist roles instead of recognizing her skills as a tech expert. It was a painful realization for her that her talents were being overlooked.
But instead of accepting defeat, she channeled her pain into a powerful idea. She wants to empower girls like her, who were restricted in their ability and are facing societal problems.
She has completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Technology and Information Technology (BBIT) from a renowned institution and holds a diploma in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA).
Her academic achievements have helped her gain a strong foundation in the field of digital marketing. Digital Girls, under Shazadi Faiza's leadership, has been successful in increasing financial inclusion among women and increasing their household income. She is a true inspiration to many women who want to achieve their dreams and create a better life for themselves and their families.
Shazadi Faiza has attended numerous training programs that have helped her hone her entrepreneurial skills. She was a part of the 'Entrepreneur Growth & Fundraising Readiness Trainings' organized by Invest2Innovate, Village Capital, and World Bank Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (We-Fi) program in Pakistan. She also completed the International Certificate in Entrepreneurship (ICE) by Accelerate Prosperity and E4Impact Foundation from Altis School of Business, Università Cattolica, Milan (Italy). She is an alumni of Greater Good Accelerator, Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, Global Social Benefit Institute (GSBI®), Academy of Women Entrepreneurs, CaterpillHERs, Pak-US Alumni Network, Azme Noujawan, Princess Foundation, The Change Makers, The School of Writing, and Youth Parliament- Pakistan. These programs have not only helped her grow as an entrepreneur but also allowed her to network and collaborate with like-minded individuals.
