Engagement Solutions believes families should be able to easily connect to vital social services and support regardless of income level. Founder Shay Cantner is a former teacher and educational leader with over 15 years in Early Childhood Education, including roles as Education Manager for Early Head Start and as an instructional coach and consultant. After witnessing frustrated providers and families struggle to access services, she created Engagement Solutions to simplify coordination for families caring for children with special needs. The platform provides a virtual care coordinator who identifies, connects, and ensures families obtain available services with ease.
