Water Engineering Technology (WET) manufactures environmentally friendly and affordable water pumping equipment for irrigation agriculture using locally available materials that are easily repairable and understood by users. Founder Professor Banda, an irrigation engineer from Malawi, has dedicated his career to promoting sustainable energy and irrigation technologies to transform vulnerable agrarian communities and improve food security across rural regions.
