Tracie Dean Ponder is an award-winning entrepreneur and founder of Learn Collaborate (LC), an AI-powered platform advancing project-based learning and micro-internships. With over $1.3 million in NSF Phase I and II funding, LC helps students—especially in community colleges—build real-world skills.
Previously, Tracie launched the B~STEM Project, delivering 21,000+ hours of free STEM programming to 10,000+ girls and women, in partnership with companies like Google and Microsoft. She holds degrees from NYU and DePaul, and certificates in AI and tech leadership from AI LA and Cornell.
