Amandipp Singh is a social entrepreneur and accessibility advocate whose journey with partial blindness sparked a mission to break down systemic barriers for people with disabilities. With over 12 years of grassroots experience, he has co-created solutions in education, employment, and tech that prioritize accessibility from the start. His venture, Enabled Talent, is an AI-powered inclusive employment platform redefining how the world connects with talent. Aman’s work has been recognized in the book Yes We Can among India’s Top 100 Achievers with Disabilities, with a 40 Under 40 Impact Award in 2025, and over a dozen other national and state honors. He believes we must build systems that thrive on difference—not just accommodate it. As he says, “We deserve tools, systems, and communities built with us in mind—not ones we have to fight to fit into.”
