Founder Dion Richardson, after a decade in corporate retrofit and solar industries, launched Dreamline AI to expand access to reliable and affordable energy solutions for low- to moderate-income communities.

Venture Founder
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I started my first business at age 7 and learned how important it was to build relationships in business. I studied International Affairs at Florida State University while building my real estate career in property management, specializing in community engagement and energy-efficient remodeling.
In Cleveland, I worked as a Corporate Business Development Specialist, addressing disparities in low-income areas. After seeing business owners ignore communities firsthand, I founded the Community Dreams Foundation in 2020, focusing on providing access to resources, education, and training for energy-efficient, clean energy, and AI projects.
I coined "Green Collar Jobs" and, with the University of Miami, won a Department of Energy grant. I’ve recruited and trained over 10,000 individuals in the green economy and launched Dreamline AI to streamline incentive deployment, project management, and impact reporting, ensuring a just transition.
